Building on Success (BOS) is the next stage in the IAAS Looking For New Legacy (ILFNL) series, designed to deepen organizational understanding and strengthen the capacities of newly recruited members. In this phase, participants are introduced to IAAS World, IAAS Asia Pacific, IAAS Indonesia, and the various Local Committees (LCs) across universities in Indonesia. This introduction provides a comprehensive overview of IAAS’s global network and the international collaboration opportunities available for members in the future. In addition, BOS serves as an important moment for announcing the department placements of new members, assigned according to their interests, talents, and the results of the previous selection process. The BOS series concludes with interactive games, bonding sessions, and team-strengthening activities that foster solidarity, cohesion, and a strong sense of belonging among new and senior members. With an engaging yet meaningful approach, BOS ensures that every new member is well-prepared to begin their organizational journey within IAAS LC UNEJ.
