IAAS Looking For New Legacy (ILFNL) is an annual program organized by the Human Resource and Development (HRD) Department of IAAS LC UNEJ, involving all departments in its implementation. This program aims to invite and attract Universitas Jember students to join IAAS LC UNEJ through a structured open recruitment process. The recruitment period is conducted from mid to late September, with the main registration running from the 11th to the 22nd and an extended registration period from the 23rd to the 28th. Through this recruitment process, students are introduced to the values, culture, and opportunities offered within IAAS LC UNEJ, encouraging them to take their first step toward becoming active members of the organization. The ILFNL program continues with a series of initial development activities designed to prepare prospective members for their roles. Each participant is placed into a department that aligns with their talents and interests, allowing them to gain an early understanding of their responsibilities. The sequence of activities includes the IAAS Orientation Program (IOP), which provides comprehensive organizational introduction, foundational training, and capacity building, followed by Building on Success (BOS), a program that focuses on skill development, teamwork enhancement, and strategies for achieving collective success. With strong interdepartmental collaboration and an inclusive environment, ILFNL serves as a platform to build motivation, commitment, and readiness for students to contribute actively as part of IAAS LC UNEJ.
