LOCAL COMMITTEE MEETING 2 (LCM 2)

Local Committee Meeting II (LCM II) of IAAS LC UNEJ is a quarterly evaluation program held to monitor the performance progress of each department over the past three months. In this second LCM, the activity was conducted in a hybrid format through a Zoom meeting, with some committee members attending offline at BRI Work, on Saturday, September 6th, 2025. Each department presented progress reports on their activities and work programs that had been implemented, allowing achievements, challenges, and follow-up plans to be identified. This activity not only focuses on evaluating the performance of the board members and members, but also serves as a platform to strengthen communication and interaction among members. Through an open discussion forum, every department can exchange information and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of programs in the next period. In addition to the presentation of reports, LCM II was also used to provide an overview of IAAS LC UNEJ’s upcoming programs so that all members share the same understanding and can contribute optimally. With the implementation of LCM II, it is expected that internal coordination will become stronger, and the execution of future work programs can run in a more focused, effective, and sustainable manner.
