ECO-TRI is one of the work programs of the Project Department of IAAS Local Committee Universitas Jember, aimed at providing basic education to elementary school students on agriculture, the environment, and language. This activity focuses on training students to grow horticultural crops such as mustard greens (sawi) and pakcoy using a simple hydroponic method, utilizing used plastic bottles as planting media. This approach is designed to raise environmental awareness while introducing the concept of eco-friendly agriculture in a practical and accessible way. In addition, ECO-TRI integrates the learning of three languages Indonesian, English, and Madurese through the introduction of verbs and nouns related to agriculture, particularly hydroponics and horticulture. This activity serves as a fun and interactive way to enhance students’ language skills in a real-life context.
