IAAS TRAINING

IAAS Training is one of the annual work programs of the Human Resource Development (HRD) Department of IAAS Local Committee Universitas Jember, designed as a platform for developing the capacity of members, particularly in terms of soft skills, leadership, and organizational abilities. This activity is primarily aimed at equipping members with the necessary skills to face various challenges and dynamics throughout their roles within the IAAS organization. In addition to being a learning platform, IAAS Training also serves as a means to strengthen relationships among members, as well as to build networks and foster positive synergy within the internal environment of IAAS LC UNEJ. IAAS Training 2025 was held at Universitas Jember on May 18th, 2025, and was attended by key individuals involved in member development, including qualified speakers in the field of personal and organizational development, organizational advisors, and all active members of IAAS LC Universitas Jember.
