BRIDGE

BRIDGE is a program held by the Project Department of IAAS LC UNEJ (International Association of Students in Agricultural and Related Sciences Local Committee University of Jember). This activity is in the form of training in making Lempok Durian to mothers in Klungkung Village, Sukorambi District, Jember Regency. This activity is based on the many local commodities, namely durian, which have not been developed by local residents. Where during the harvest season the selling price of durian in Klungkung Village is low, which is only around IDR 5,000 to IDR 15,000. BRIDGE activities aim to develop local commodities in Klungkung Village, increase the added value of local durian commodities, and develop human resources in Klungkung Village. The hope of holding this BRIDGE activity can raise awareness of village women regarding the management of local commodities and create opportunities to open businesses (MSMEs).
