IAAS On Vacation (IOV) is an annual activity organized by the Human Resource and Development (HRD) Department of IAAS Local Committee Universitas Jember as a bonding and gathering event among members. This activity aims to strengthen relationships, enhance teamwork, and expand networks between active members, alumni, and former members. Carrying the theme “Together We Thrive, Apart We Survive,” IOV 2025 was held on August 24, 2025 at Kali Jompo Jember, featuring fun games, sharing sessions, and refreshing outdoor activities. With a relaxed yet meaningful atmosphere, the event successfully strengthened internal solidarity and fostered a spirit of togetherness in carrying out IAAS LC UNEJ programs in the future.
