EXPRONAS

EXPRONAS (IAAS Annual Exchange Program National) is one of the flagship programs organized by the Exchange Department of IAAS Local Committee Universitas Jember, and is implemented simultaneously across all IAAS Local Committees in Indonesia. This program serves as a tangible contribution to developing members' knowledge, field skills, and professional networks through internship activities with various IAAS partner institutions in the fields of agriculture and related sciences. In 2025, EXPRONAS LC UNEJ collaborated with four strategic partner institutions selected as learning sites: PT. Mitra Jamur Indonesia, Rembangan Dairy Farm, Rumahku Hidroponik Jember, and Rumah Kopi Banjarsengon. Following the selection and preparation process, the main internship activities were conducted from July 7th to August 2nd, 2025. Through this EXPRONAS internship program, participants had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field, enhance their technical skills, broaden their perspectives, and build professional networks relevant to career development in agriculture and agribusiness
