HRD Visit is one of the work programs of the Human Resource Development (HRD) Department of IAAS Local Committee Universitas Jember, aimed at strengthening relationships among members and building strong emotional bonds between departments. This activity reflects HRD's commitment to creating a harmonious, enjoyable, and family-like organizational atmosphere. Through HRD Visit, members are encouraged to get to know each other more closely in a relaxed yet meaningful setting. This program serves as a space to foster more open and in-depth communication, allowing for stronger and more effective collaboration within the organization. The activity was conducted online via Google Meet on June 20th, 2025, as it coincided with the beginning of the holiday period. Through HRD Visit, it is expected that a supportive, inclusive, and collaborative organizational environment will be established, serving as a vital foundation for the sustainability and success of IAAS LC UNEJ in the future.
