IAAS Orientation Program (IOP) is a part of the IAAS Looking For New Legacy (ILFNL) series that serves as an introduction and basic preparation stage for new IAAS LC UNEJ members. In this program, each Coordinator Department presents an overview of their duties, functions, work programs, and characteristics, enabling participants to understand the strategic role of each division. In addition, the IOP includes a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) session as a forum for discussion, idea exchange, and the development of critical thinking and teamwork skills. Through the combination of department introductions and interactive FGDs, the IOP becomes a vital foundation for building initial understanding, readiness, and motivation before participants move on to the next stages of ILFNL.
