NGABUBURIAAS and RA-CAREIAAS (Ramadhan Care with IAAS)
March 15, 2025 (Jember, Indonesia) — NGABUBURIAAS is an annual activity organized by the Human Resources and Development (HRD) Department of IAAS LC UNEJ, held during the month of Ramadan. The activity takes place in the late afternoon prior to the time of breaking the fast and is designed to strengthen internal relations within the organization.
NGABUBURIAAS aims to enhance intimacy and togetherness among members of IAAS LC UNEJ through meaningful bonding activities. In addition, this program seeks to strengthen the sense of family within FamilIAAS and to foster closer relationships among active members, demissioners, and alumni of IAAS LC UNEJ through gathering sessions.
The activity consisted of several main components, including Bonding Activities, which focused on increasing familiarity and strengthening the sense of kinship among members, as well as Gathering Activities, which provided an opportunity for members, demissioners, and alumni to interact, share experiences, and build closer connections.
Overall, NGABUBURIAAS delivered positive benefits for the organization, including strengthened intimacy and kinship among members, increased awareness and mutual care within IAAS LC UNEJ, and the development of stronger networks and more effective communication across generations of IAAS LC UNEJ.
March 22th, 2025 (Jember,Indonesia) — CAREIAAS (Ramadhan Care with IAAS) is an annual social program organized by the Human Resources and Development (HRD) Department of IAAS LC UNEJ, conducted during the month of Ramadhan. This initiative focuses on donation collection and the distribution of basic necessities to underprivileged communities as a form of social responsibility.
The program aims to alleviate the economic burden of people in need while fostering a sense of social care and awareness within the community. Donations were collected from various parties in the form of monetary contributions and basic necessities. Monetary donations were converted into basic food packages to ensure effective and equitable distribution. Following the donation collection process, the basic food packages were distributed to underprivileged communities around the University of Jember. Through the implementation of RA-CAREIAAS, IAAS LC UNEJ reaffirmed its commitment to social welfare by promoting empathy, solidarity, and concern for those in need, particularly during the holy month of Ramadhan.
In conclusion, the implementation of NGABUBURIAAS and RA-CAREIAAS during the month of Ramadhan was carried out effectively and achieved the intended objectives. NGABUBURIAAS successfully strengthened relationships, fostered a sense of family, and improved communication among members, demissioners, and alumni of IAAS LC UNEJ. Meanwhile, RA-CAREIAAS contributed to alleviating the economic burden of underprivileged communities while increasing social awareness and concern among members and the wider society.
Overall, both activities provided positive impacts by enhancing internal cohesion and demonstrating IAAS LC UNEJ’s commitment to social responsibility and community engagement.
