NATIONAL CONGRESS XXX (NATCON XXX)

Jember, Indonesia — IAAS Indonesia successfully held its 30th National Congress from January 27–29, 2025, in Jember, with IAAS Local Committee Universitas Jember (IAAS LC UNEJ) serving as the host and organizing committee. As the highest annual forum within the organization, the National Congress brought together delegates from IAAS Local Committees across Indonesia to discuss strategic matters and shape the future direction of IAAS Indonesia.

The congress served as a key platform for strategic decision-making, the presentation of accountability reports by the National Committee, and the formulation of organizational policies. It also marked the official acceptance of new full members, reflecting IAAS Indonesia’s ongoing commitment to organizational growth and development.

A series of essential activities were conducted during the congress, including workshops, case study and Village Concept Project (VCP) exhibitions, the election of the congress presidium and committee, discussions and amendments to the IAAS Indonesia Statutes and Bylaws, the election of the National Board and the Coordinating Center and National Committee (CCNC), deliberation on national programs, and the approval of new Local Committees.

As a follow-up to the offline congress, an online session was held via Zoom Meeting on February 8, 2025, to finalize several agendas that could not be addressed during the in-person sessions. The meeting was conducted in an orderly and participatory manner, marking the successful and comprehensive conclusion of the 30th IAAS Indonesia National Congress.
